The hallway to the elevator to the 7th floor smell humid and dusty. The feeling of the tired orange with the carpet as well as the lighting does not fit with the rest of the hotel experience. The room, 736, is ok, but there is a lack of work space and not a single drawer to stow something away. The bath products are very good! The weather was humid and warm and an extra shower with these bath products completely revitalised me. The breakfast is good. The lunch is expensive for the quantity provided. Also, if you provide a lunch menu and at 13:00 you are out of that option, that is a little sad. But overall ok experience but there are definitely points to improve the experience.

Way too hot in the rooms

I have stayed here several times and it is always value for money. The last few times have been very busy. Unfortunately this put a strain on the morning staff. We the result was full bar of patrons and little availability of seating and the lack of ability to keep food on offer. 2 of my three nights stay was this way. Other than that the staff are super friendly and the rooms always very clean and tidy. The last two stays I was not offered a welcome drink as per silver status not a huge deal but an attention to detail I have received at other Paris tribes and Accor hotels that does leave good impression.

Great hotel. Easy to work from. Awesome Team. My one complaint was the room had an odd odor. Not terrible, but not pleasant. I had to keep the window open to make it bearable.

a load of tourists dropped of from the coach who toke over the place

When arriving around 19h the reception and bar area where extreme noisy and overcrowded. A load of tourist was dropped off and toke over the lobby and bar. Same in the morning at 7h15 for breakfast. No free tables, buffet was empty and staff couldn't catch-up all empty plates.
