All good only gripe would be breakfast, quality of food a little substandard for the price but nice environment to eat to be fair.

My husband & I go to the Ibis Barnsley every year to celebrate our best friends birthday, who lives just around the corner. A very highly organized hotel from start to finish. Shall continue to stay there every year we are able. Thank you to all the staff.

Took 40 minutes to check two of us in. Separate bookings. No chat whilst been checked in. One of us had to fill out a reg card as we had a vehicle, the same person checked the other one of our party in and never mentioned a car and when we met up with the third person in our party she had been told no need to fill out reg number as car park camera were broken. Pretty sure it's Accor standard for the receptionist to not announce to the entire lobby each guests room number. On digital directory states the temperature is down to the guest just adjust the thermostat. Happy to if someone can tell me where it is in the room?
