Bad cleaning, the hull way smells bad , I stay in hotel 5 day every day keys not working , no free water no changing toilet towels

Was assigned a top level room (Lv. 4) with a loft ceiling. When it rains during the night, the noise from the roof is quite loud. Hope to improve the noise isolation from the roof. Other things are all good.

We had your best room.It was ok but needs some updating. The outside area needs a revamp to make it into something you would want to use. Breakfast was good, receptionist Michelle was lovely as was the young girl from spain on the bar in the evening.
