Room was not as clean as expected. Cobwebs behind bathroom door and rust around taps on the bath. Customer service on reception was none existent. We were checked in by Wan with no greeting on arrival, no smile or welcome. The heated towel rail in the bathroom was not working and following a conversation with Wan regarding this issue we felt we were and inconvenience. We requested an alternative room which was offered but the response from Wan initially made us feel uncomfortable.

Brilliant, had a stressful couple of days, I expect like many who stay I’m visiting family in the nearby hospital and as soon as I walked through the doors stress has melted away. Amazing staff, friendly, helpful. Especially Holly.

We attended last night for a Christmas party event. The rooms were good, the staff couldn't do enough for you. most curtis, they worked so hard, The food for the event was very nice and the venue size had the right amountvof people, not crowded and you fekt comfortable there. The DJ was totally excellent, he played great music all night, and really read the room well...well done! Really enjoyed our stay and we made some very happy memories. A big thank you to all the staff for a job well done 😀
