The Aircon was noisy even when turned off, it sounded like a toilet filling up after a flush but it was constant and never stopped.

We back to the room on Saturday night at 8.30pm and the lift got stuck. 4 of us was in there for 30 minutes before we got out then it wasn't fixed the day after.
