Very friendly staff welcomed us to the hotel, which was clean and well maintained. Room was small but suited our needs for the short stay we had. Location was ideal for our purposes and was close to the amenities of the Meadowhall centre.

Arrived to a very smooth check in. Staff very friendly and helpful when I needed an iron. Was located within 5min walking distance of EIS and 10 min walk from centretainment for food.

This past weekend, my colleagues and I attended a book launch event in Sheffield, this hotel was located next door to the event so great location. As the title suggests this is a basic hotel, but meet our needs. I’m a wheelchair user so booked an accessible twin room, Space in the room was limiting but bathroom had walk in shower with both a seat attached to the wall or and high adjustable shower chair, The toilet was low, but that’s not unusual. Bed was comfortable. On arrival staff were friendly and pleasant.
