While the stunning traditional exterior is five-star worthy, the suite itself was, regrettably, a two-star experience due to issues with cleanliness, condition, maintenance, and poor interior design. The suite felt old and neglected, not charmingly traditional. I would recommend the management invest heavily in renovating the interiors, particularly the suites, to match the breathtaking quality of the exterior and fulfill the promise it makes to guests.

I spent three amazing nights in the hotel with my 10 years old son! The hotel is well maintained and the room is spacious and super clean. The location is in the heart of the city with easy access to the airport and key attractions. Breakfast offerings is very decent. The team are friendly and cheerful

It was a one-day business trip, and I needed to stay close to the workplace and get some rest. Unfortunately, the hotel was full of families and children knocking on doors, so I didn’t sleep well that night and the environment wasn’t very comfortable. However, the service was excellent. The furniture was a bit old, and I had expected a different experience
