The resort itself has got a beautiful look and the facilites are clean. The down side is the bool and beach can only be accesed from 9am. Where other resort were 7 am. Which is much nicer to be able to swim early in the morning compared to 9 am when it starts to get hot. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The trip started with the Rome being amazing and the receptionist was one of the best receptionist he ever recommended places we can go out to then when we started setting in and we started ordering service. Everything was hot literally from water to salads to food. Everything was hot even though the temperature was above 40 that weekend everything we ordered even the alcohol was hot. Nothing was brought us on a plate of ice and it was being asked the staff was super rude. Multiple calls for the same thing. Everyone is blaming everyone it just felt and adhesive. Honestly, I might even rebook another weekend at a different resort just to feel the vibe that I wanted to feel and a total waste of money. No tell is one of the best resorts in Bahrain. I don’t know what happened to you guys and at the checkout, there were a physical altercation between one of the security guards and one of the Uber driver, and he was banging on the windows of the cars he was screaming, and the pool was good, but it was overcrowded. We couldn’t fight chair we had to sit at the sand and the bar at the beach was horrible. There was no one there room service was super late. I asked like multiple times about dry cleaning. No one could give me an answer. It was just like a horrible, horrible experience honestly, I’m very disappointed.

apart from room service (quality and attention) everything was perfect. quick check in, friendly atmosphere, kind smiling staff, sufficient room and amenities, check out was a bit slow but smooth.prices are a bit on the high side though!!

I enjoy staying at this property, what I love the most is the style, I do not enjoy the new idea of sanitised looks. The high end restaurants are enjoyable, the beach is quiet, away from the noise created by boats and jetskies in the area.
