Room nice but did express checkout and we got a bill for a heap of minibar items that we did not touch. Was refunded but leaves a sour note and wonder how this can happen apart from I guess cleaners stealing items or hotel being dodgy? Won't do express again and will ask someone to verify everything there before we leave the room next time. Also disappointed my request to reschedule dates was denied as i broke my arm 2 days before. Came anyway as didn't want to lose money but couldn't do much and in pain so definitely not the nice xmas break we had planned.

The hotel’s location is very convenient to the shops. Overall, the stay was good, but for a 5-star hotel I expected a bit more. The lack of complimentary bottled water was not impressive, and I was also disappointed that there were no toothbrushes in the bathroom. As an Accor Plus member, we are entitled to a welcome drink per room, but we only received the voucher after asking for it.

Had a 2 night stay. Though being a gold member none of the benefits were provided. no early check in, no upgrade, no place to sit and work till room is available. They just said they are fully booked, though I could see availability online. Quite cold experience and would not stay again - not worth the price. I can get same sad experience at Mercure next door with fraction of the cost.

Check in was smooth, hotel room was great. Breakfast was delicious. Location of hotel was fantastic. Happy with the Go Green campaign and obtain the $10 voucher. Will definitely stay at Pullman again. Will be good if hotel slippers is provided.

We have stayed at the Pullman several times and always looked forward to coming back. This visit was extremely dissappointing. As A. loyal long time member my standing preference has always been for A. room on A. high floor away from the lift so that I can have A. quiet sleep - we had room 314 (low floor opposite lift - with noisy guests on A. Saturday night). On arrival there was A. strange ozone machine in the room which we had to ring reception to remove, the TV didnt work (another call), maintenance came to fix our hot water but we hadnt reported an issue and it wasnt broken, we discovered A. crumpled note advising we would need to make other arrangements for water and toilets between 10 am and 4 pm on the Monday because water was being shut off for the building - we tried to stay away from the hotel to avoid this inconvenience but there was no notification when it came back on. Despite running taps later that day and the next morning we had brown water - even the ambient water from the water machine was very cloudy. We werent game to have A. shower before check out as we didnt trust the water. Reception staff also seemed unfriendly for the duration of our stay. When my husband asked for directions to the closest toilet during the water outage he was treated with distain, as though it was A. major imposition. I felt that my loyalty to Accor meant nothing this visit (perhaps it was because I was using my "free" stay for one of our 3 nights) and doubt whether I will stay at this hotel again.
