Hotel location was very good, near the city center and also very near to the boardwalk beside the sea. There are also many restaurants just a short walk from the hotel.
Check in was completed fast and efficient. No room upgrade mentioned during check in so I got the junior suite which I booked.
The junior suite was spacious and has balcony facing the city and also the sea which provide excellent view. The room while well maintained already showed its age. Then for some reason the shower area does not have any cover so it is not good for privacy.
Breakfast in the hotel is served ala carte style and there are many choices but the problem is every guest could only choose 1 item from the menu. So while the taste of every items we tried during our stay was excellent, the portion was not big and not too fulfilling. The hotel could provide more sides such as pastry to accompany the breakfast.
Service throughout the hotel was friendly especially the concierge team.
Overall the hotel offer quite solid products but still have many shortcomings.
