Came for my birthday. Was ignored by multiple staff on arrival until finally we were checked in. That day we arranged to do the kangaroo safari. We was told to meet at 3:45 and was waiting for almost 45 mins until it finally started around 4:30. It then went on for a mere 30 mins and was really disappointing. Was then not offered a drink which we had paid for so I had to chase that up. When bringing this up to manager on duty, I was completely ignored and brushed off with no intention to rectify any issue at all. This left a sour taste in our mouths for rest of the trip.

Perfect for overnight stay after a Swan Valley Wedding. Easy to access. It would have been better if we could have accessed our room earlier in the day. But the accomodation was fully booked.
