A mix up being able to book multiple rooms at the same rate at staff prior to arrival weren’t helpful at resolving. However on CKI they gave us complimentary breakfast to make up for it.

I emailed the hotel to book taxi from airport they arranged that however i also asked for the best room as we booked 3! on arrival asked the same then was given the smallest room out of all with dates shower bath! room was so hot aircon didn’t work well, this is reason giving less
