When we arrived at reception, we were greeted by Sozfia, who was very welcoming and professional in the way she dealt with us. She went out of her way to inform us about the attractions of Budapest and to show us places of interest on the map. The room and bathroom area was bright and very clean. The variety of breakfast food and its quality was also very good. We had dinner there one evening and was more than satisfied with it. We would love to return in the future.

Everything was good the location was great it was in city center and the breakfast delicious and elegant the room small but it is ok the stuff was Dr helpful but the only thing that i didn’t like it is the housekeeping didn’t change the towel which already we use it after two days all the towels were used and wet this should not happen in four stars hotel .

A mix up being able to book multiple rooms at the same rate at staff prior to arrival weren’t helpful at resolving. However on CKI they gave us complimentary breakfast to make up for it.
