Service was atrocious. Server Dortota is very unprofessional and oblivious to her job. Served me a flat beer and my friends Guinness was more than half foam. Very unpleasant to have a conversation with. Extremely rude! Other than that the food was great however i was given a dish that i didn't ask for and when i checked the receipt she had put in the wrong order for me but i didn't make a fuss about it because it was still good. So thankyou chef!

1. a public bus is required to get to & from the airport, which accepts credit card £2 each way, and comes about 4 times an hour (except in the early late hours which is much less frequent). 2. SunLight bleeds into the room because the curtains are very inadequate & poorly designed 3. Shower has only a half-glass design, meaning water spills onto the bathroom floor whenever shower is on 4. no wash-rags or face-towels are offered

I have stayed here before. The evening restaurant service has often been hot and miss. I arrived back in the late afternoon on my first day of stay, was staying for 5 days due to business nearby. Maybe because of the length of the duration, I was offered a voucher for a free drink from the bar. I went to the bar at around 5.30 pm, it was very quiet. I presented my voucher and asked for a pint of Guinness, the server did not respond but went and poured the pint. A little while later, the pint was put down in from of me with a less than friendly face, after which the server, went off somewhere. I could not quite believe what I was seeing . The pint was 50% froth and 50% dark Guinness. The beer had settled, and this was how it remained. I have never, ever, been served, anything even remotely as poor as this, and cannot imagine that I would, ever again. And this is supposed to be a business in the hospitality sector!!

Good for an overnight transit.
