Amazing stay. Excellent room. Overall really great services and staff. Especially the restaurant staff was the most helpful and kind. Special mention to Resti, Gusti, Gusi and Anjar. They made sure I get my special requested food items, as per my taste, remembered my food preferences. Food was also really good, but a suggestion to occassionally include Indian food in brekfast as per guests.

This was my first stay at Mercure Jakarta Batavia and it gave me a very nice experience. I had a smooth check-in with Ms. Veren, and she upgraded my room (thank you sooo much!). The room was spacious, and the hotel staff’s hospitality was superb. I had a little trouble with my access key in the lift, but a housekeeping trainee helped me. Such helpful and cheerful trainees :)) Thank you, Mercure Jakarta Batavia. See you again next time!
