We had a great stay at Pullman Central Park celebrating our child’s birthday. The birthday decorations were lovely, the amenities were excellent, and we were especially happy with the many kids activities available, which is impressive for a hotel located in the city center. Overall, we were very satisfied and had a memorable experience.

Customer service was spot on — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast options were very good, and the team did a great job accommodating our big family group (3 adults, 2 babies, and 2 nannies). Overall a smooth and pleasant stay, my wife was very happy. Would definitely come back. During our stay, our baby boy fell sick, and the staff were very helpful with hospital recommendations and thoughtful follow-ups, which meant a lot to us.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around. The food is tasty with good variety. However, the room was less comfortable than expected. In particular, the bathroom and toilet lack sufficient privacy, which affected overall comfort. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay, mainly because of the location and food.
