Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in rooms 919 and 920, which affected our comfort during the stay. The hotel technician attended and confirmed the issue. I appreciate that the management listened to my concerns and handled the matter professionally by agreeing to reimburse one night of our stay. While the experience was not ideal, I’m satisfied with the way the hotel responded and appreciate their effort to resolve the situation fairly.
