My daughter bkd 2 room via TRIP .com 8/9Dec when they came to hotel Informed by reception hotel fully bkd although their booking status confirmed they placed us at Mercure hotel batavia they shud info b4 our arrival We have to pay tptn additional cost very disappointed they must be professional in dealing with wz customers
