We had a great holiday week at The Tribe, our newly refurbished suite was excellent and was perfect for a week stay with our two little boys. Great service from reception, housekeeping requires some fine-tuning though, perhaps due to recent hotel change. Overall we had a wonderful expereience, we'll be happy to stay here again on a future visit.

I booked a stay at the Mercure although it’s a bit further than my offices, but because the rooms are generally more comfortable. However upon arrival there was construction at the hotel and I was not notified. The services were also reduced which made me question why the price was the same. All in all not a horrible experience but not great either.
