Well located but the Hotel quality is not as expected

I arrived early due to my flight and had provided notification of my early arrival for early check in. No response. On my check in the staff had asked me to wait for my room but did not metioned that there will be extra charges for early check in. only to find out in my bill that the charges was more than expected. The room was outdated and there was no airconditioning. The window was not able to be open as well. So due to that experience, I had to cancelled my next schedule stay at chosed Hilton.

Perfect for few nights stop

Check-in: Price wasn't as told. Have to pay few euros more because some tax was higher. Welcome drink voucher wasn't given without asking. Keycard wasn't working after 1st night and after 2nd night during late check out without updating in reception. Tiny but really basic things. Booking of shuttle service went well. Timetables should be always available already during booking if it's not available 24h. Staying: Really nice junior suite, except that sound proofing to next room was terible (463/461). Room looks even better in real life then on photos which was nice. Housekeeping: superfriendly and doing great job. Restaurant: good breakfast, menu and prices ok.

We stayed in the hotel for an event. The rooms for the event were very nice. The breakfast was very nice on Monday, but a bit limited on the weekend.

Staff we so helpful and friendly. Extremely polite and attentive From the front of house to the chamber maids. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were very accommodating.
