My son and me stayed at this hotel for a city trip to Madrid dedicated to his 12th birthday. We found a wonderful surprise in our room upon arrival that set the scene for us. Breakfast was great, the room key is swiped empty easily when in contact with e.g. a smartphone, so we had to reset the room key like 4 times. Access to metro within 15 mins walk in two directions, quite a walk still from the airport bus 200, taxi to the airport got us there in under 15 mins.

The hotel is generally good and I have stayed here numerous times. This time I have noticed that there are less items in the room refrigerator which I think is penny pinching and there were also a lot of ants in my room (601).

The staff were very Hospitable, especially the Reservations Team at the door - WOW! They managed all of our requests and went the extra mile daily. The location was absolutely perfect and I would definitely consider staying at the Novotel again.
