They accommodated our early check in extremely quickly when we arrived in the morning after an overnight flight with our 3 toddlers. The staff were so friendly and helpful and gave gifts to our children on arrival. The room was spacious and clean.

The room had great amenities and a nice view. The bar area was pleasant and convenient for watching EURO 2024. But above all the staff were exceptional from front desk (Luka) to bar staff (manager).

1) Expressly requested at check in NOT to charge my credit card till I check out as I intended to pay by cash. But the credit card was charged before my check out. 2) Requested the from desk the previous night for late check out on one room and which was confirmed, but next day staff did not/could not see the confirmed request - caused a lot of calling & emailing 3) Requested for a "zero balance" stamped and signed invoice at check out. Front desk promised to send by email, but nothing has been received till today. 4) Deposit refund on my credit card was to be done within 05.06.2024 but I have heard nothing from my bank till today. 5) It was VERY difficult to haul several pieces of heavy luggage up and down the stairs of the side entrance to load them in our taxi. The hotel staff was very kind to assist. But the exit should have ramps and easy access for luggage to be carried in/out of the hotel. Very poor experience.

The most surprising thing that me and my wife experienced is that not even once during our four day stay in this hotel, noone of the reception stuff, security guys or shift manager greeted us when we passed the reception even when had eye contact. It sounds may be small and non important point, but it leaves unpleasant impression. It was wiered and made us feel uncomfortable.
