Stayed here for two nights and were not disappointed, accommodation was of the expected standard for MGallery.. The reception staff, Yolanda and Jess were excellent and extremely attentive to our needs in ensuring everything was as we wished. Nothing was too difficult for them which we very much appreciated. Then our dinner at Seaforth topped off a wonderful stay, the quality of the food was fantastic but it was the wait service of Michael and Magna that made our meal very special. Thank you to all for making our stay from Australia a memorable one.

We had a wonderful experience, from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. The staff are so friendly and attentive, and we're quick to rectify an error we had on our booking.com booking. They really do go above and beyond! The hotel is absolutely stunning! The room was extremely clean, comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. We were surprised at just how quiet the hotel was, unable to hear very much (or nothing) from adjoining rooms, floors and outside. My partner visited the spa and had a wonderful massage. It was a shame we weren't able to use the pool but otherwise a fantastic stay.

Good Location and nice bed but not what I was expecting

There is only one person on reception, long waits to check in and this is very rushed as there is a queue behind you, I felt an inconvenience rather than welcome, not a great start. Trying to find your way round this hotel is a nightmare, tiny brass plates give some clues at some points but then the next one changes with a different description and you are no longer sure you are going the right way, so many doors to go through to get to your room and back it is unbelieavable, some open outwards, some in, really unusual and confusing. My room had liquid splashed up the wall, the wood effect shelving unit was roughly wiped down and you could see the smearing all over it. Shower was fine though bathroom ok, just don't look at the grout in the shower floor and you are all good! It is impossible for anyone over 5 foot to see which way they need to turn the tap for hot or cold without bending down as a shelf has been put above it, but you need to be 6 foot plus to reach the towel rail as this is high up above the toilet?! Decent towels and carpet in good condition, the bed was fresh and crisp and had a choice of pillows. The room was also very nice and quiet for a city location.
