Air conditioning didn't work and we had to change rooms. Bed uncomfortable - with a sheet lined with plastic backing that made the bed very warm

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning air conditioning and the discomfort you experienced with the bed. The air conditioning was faulty in your room that day, to solve this problem, we changed your room and upgraded you to a higher category. Make sure that the necessary measures have been taken to resolve any air conditioning problems. We understand that the plastic on the sheet can caused discomfort and made the bed uncomfortably warm. These plastic sheets are used as a measure to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene for all our guests. Again, we appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Regards. Eva

Pleasant & comfortable room. Check in was easy although information about the 15 minute parking space outside would have been helpful. The breakfast was good & the evening meal in the restaurant was of a good standard. Secure parking was a bonus, although payment was an unnecessary addition. The town centre was a 10 minute walk away.
