Perfect location nearby the city center, nice and clean room . superb breakfast and also a good restaurant (the only think is that there is not so much choice on menu).

No milk for coffee in room, arrived at 4pm told, with no warning, evening meals fully booked. Charged 12 euros parking unlike Nuits St George, Saintes, Orange and other Ibis at St Omer. Why is this?

Regarding the restaurant, please note that as it is a restaurant open to both hotel guests and external visitors, so we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. Concerning the milk for coffee in your room, we have opted not to provide individual plastic milk containers as part of our ecological initiative. However, we are happy to provide fresh milk upon request at the reception. Regarding the parking fee, our secured parking is reserved exclusively for hotel guests at a rate of 12€ per night. Additionally, there are free parking spots available on the street nearby if you prefer. Thank you again for your comments, which help us improve. Eva
