We had the chance to visit New Zealand again and decided to stay at the same hotel. Best decision as it was better than we remembered. Nothing beats the location, service and cleanliness is next level. The staff is always friendly and nothing is a bother. A great experience.

There’s a couple of things that seem to be broken in terms of processes around the hotel .1: the hot tub has no dim light switch or plug to plug-in your iPhone and a bit of ambience 2: hot tub has missing tiles and no bubbles jets .3: I asked the concerige for A simple request of two double batteries which was unable to be fulfilled 4: I wanted to eat something at the restaurant between 1130 and 1230 and they’re unable to provide anything from the lunch menu they did however fulfil on special request some of the breakfast items but I thought the kitchen should be open all the time given you are a hotel

Beautiful Hotel in Sweet Spot

We had a good stay at Fable Auckland. It's a beautiful hotel with a unique design and a prime location for trawling the best part of the city centre. Unfortunately our room must have been positioned near a busy road as plenty of outside noise came in and there was also a persistent clicking sound coming from the air conditioning vent which kept me up for some of the night. Overall though, it is hard to be too critical of this very high quality hotel.

Great location but horrible to find in a vehicle. Closest park Wilons's parking is $22/hour!

Love the service! Had an amazing bathroom in my superior queen last time - would probably prefer that over the superking room I got "upgraded: to this time just because of the amazing bathroom. I would still like some kind of compendium or something to scan on my phone for hotel info like fitness studio locaiton and room service menu instead of info on the TV. But so clean and I love the bathroom products. Lovely!
