Beautiful hotel charming and comfortable and very welcoming. Our rooms had everything we needed bed was so comfortable. Unfortunately when it was time to sleep we discovered the air conditioning was broken no problem we opened the windows only to have a hotel hosted event was going on in the ballroom beneath our room. The festivities went on until 4:00am which included many smokers who decided to smoke directly in front of the hotel and right under our open windows. The smoke was actually billowing into our room. Of course we could not close all the windows because we had no air conditioning. The hotel did offer to move our room but it was from a king suite to a twin room. I would absolutely stay at the hotel again it is a lovely location and as I say very comfortable. If only there was perhaps a cutoff time for events.

It was a pleasure to stay in the Mercure Off Kirchberg. The staff was great, professional and friendly, very accommodating. The location is not the best but several bus lines are stopping few meters away from the hotel so it is quite easy to reach the city center and the airport. The decoration of the hotel is beautiful and the room is nice and well equipped with a boiler and mini bar. I had a lovely stay despite the lack of restaurant. I will probably go there again.

Indeed, public transport serves the area well, there's a bus every 10 minutes and what's more they're free, so you can enjoy our landscapes and our old town center at no cost! We thank you for your notice on our décoration. It's an ART DECO type. we have taken into consideration your advic for th paper cups in th rooms that, for you, should be remplaced by porcelaine. Lovely hotel in a great location. Several buses right by it. Loved the room layout and design. Needs better lighting for reading. The crystal glass for water is a great touch. Will stay here again.

I really enjoyed my time at the Mercure Luxembourg of Kirchberg. The facilities were ideal for my time there and the room was nicely laid out and well organised. Breakfast was a decent selection, which provided adequate scope to have different items each and every day. The Staff were super approachable and really wanted to help where they could. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone else coming to Luxembourg. 10/10.
