Our first time using the accor app and our first time in an Ibis. disappointing that the app said "xx amount to pay at the hotel including all fees and taxes", however, on check in, we were charged a further 5 euros for taxes!! Aside from that, location was hard to find at night, but it was clean and compact, good enough for our one night stop enroute to somewhere else.

My first trip to Bruges. The hotel was strangely located through a housing estate. I booked 2 rooms. The people in the motorway side room did not sleep. My room had a giant turd left in the toilet that came up out the water to greet me. I slept ok, but cut my head once badly located spot lights, that had no bulbs in them 😂. I felt robbed being hit with parking charges, usually disabled parking is free. The breakfast charge is an outrage €15.50 for scrambled egg on toast. The fee for the room turned out to be inflated because the hotel was fully booked. If staying here, the apartment rooms are better value.

1 night was enough at this Ibis. The room is tiny, worn out and dirty. The furniture in the room is damaged and dirty. A musky smell fills the room and clearly the only cleaning that's took place is replacing the bed sheets. In the bathroom, there are dirty fingerprints on the door and toilet. The floor is damaged, and the missing grout is replaced by dirt. It was gross. The staff are friendly and check in was quick. It looks like a prison on the outside and feels like a prison in the room. Extremely overpriced, especially with parking charge.
