The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast that was good enough.. Even the location is not that comfortable and requires couple of minutes of walking up and the close-by streets are full with homelesses , drunk men and drug makers.. The room was not well and that was our main disappointment. Tv was old fashioned..the fridge didn't work properly.. If we only knew that this is the condition of the rooms we would have probably chose another hotel..

The receptionist was rude and despite i had asked for only blocking the staying amount on my credit card, he rudely said that he will charge all amount at the check in point and he did as well, which mainly always accepted even with many Accor hotels i had stayed so far, in short the very first inpression was very negative that we were shown and surely would be staying at this hotel anymore. Secondly he has not offered any welcome drink as i am supposed to get with my current membership status despite i reminded. I am very much disappointed aling with my family and surely will review if i shall keep staying with your hotel chain not to face with same unacxeptable approach. Best regarda

We were very satisfied with our recent stay at Mercure Raphael Wien. Both checking in and out were seamlessly processed with a very welcoming attitude of the hotel personnel. House keeping was also of high standard. The room was very nice and clean, with a good view facing the Raimund Theater. Although the bathroom is clean, the use of the shower, due to its narrow space, needs to be mindful to avoid splashing water over the floor. In addition, the location is convenient for either taking an underground train (5 stops) or a pleasant walking along a main shopping street to the city center. My wife and I really enjoyed our visit to Wien and will stay at this hotel when we visit this beautiful city again.
