- The window of the room did not close well, so I had to put a paper on it to avoid the noise. - one day when I get the room the door was open, fortunately I had nothing of value to be stolen. - on the check out I asked for the invoice, they told me that they will send to my email, I have not receive it , and I’ve requested twice without even an answer .

Long waiting line to check in, no service to the room, I needed an adapter and the receptionist said come downstairs and get it (when I was already preparing for sleep), at check out which was quick at least the guy told me that we couldn’t print the receipt that it will be sent via email… 5 days have passed and no receipt. I called from abroad to ask for help and he hanged up the phone. Positive comments on the host in the breakfast rom and the bartender in the lobby, she was super nice person.
