At expected. Nobody at reception when we left. Room 303 window latch is very loose, shower floor is within 3 months of lifting and has water leakage - looks great but flawed, the laminated floor in main room is starting to lift/delaninate.

Excellent and speedy check in, room clean and very comfortable, this hotel is in a great location, just off the M1 - no complaints for an excellent overnight stay on business.
