Had a fabulous 4 night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a big room overlooking a leafy park area. The room was peaceful and comfortable. The room is situated within walking distance from railway distance and town centre .. We had dinner and lunch at La Reserve (onsite restaurant) which was great value and an excellent standard.

Too few outlets in the room to connect devices. Two of them were broken.

Room was large. Separate toilet and bath was nice but we were unable to open windows in a room too warm to sleep. Our room was right above service area so it was too noisy with windows open and AC not working.

Nice hotel and rooms with exception of the bathroom combi bath / shower which can be dangerous and very uncomfortable

Rooms are very good, nice, clean and big. The hotel is well located. However, the combination shower / bath is very uncomfortable causing water everywhere in the bathroom while being cautious. Also it can be a risk for older people. Yes, there are other type of rooms with only a shower so there is a choice. This combi bath/ shower (should not have been designed for this type of hotels) is the only reason for the lower score and a next time I will definitely avoid this type of rooms.
