We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the ibis Styles, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the continental breakfast was the best we have ever experienced, meals and drinks were exceptional, the whole vibe of the establishment was exceptional. We also received a card welcoming us back which was a special touch!

We have had one of the nicest stays at this hotel. The rooms are nicely renovated and probably one of the best showers I have had for a long time. The decor is quirky and was decorated for pride. The staff were all amazing, we enjoyed Zoltan's whisky knowledge and the kindness of Johnathan. We also loved their breakfast; we were not looking forward for a continental breakfast, but it very much exceeded what were expecting.

In order to be “green”, we put the sign on the door saying our room did not have to be cleaned. I went to the front desk at 8:30am to say that although the sign was on the door, the garbage cans needed to be emptied as they were full. The front desk person asked when I would be out of the room. I said between 9:30am and 12:30pm. Got back to my room at 3:00pm and garbage cans not emptied. I called from desk and they said someone would be up within the hour. No one ever came. It is now 9:30pm and garbage cans are overflowing. If you stay here, don’t try to be environmentally friendly. Make them clean your room every day so garbage cans get emptied. More work for staff but you won’t be living with trash.

The property and room were clean. Breakfast was very good. Note re room: no in room safe and there was prominent moldy odor coming from the bathroom. It dissipated somewhat after one night. The value for the cost is marginal at best.
