The experience was not bad. The staff needs more training in the loyalty program. I did not get all the benefits of membership, for example, welcome amenities ... and use of reward points upon arrival. Also, as for the IRD service , it was bad. An order was not delivered and a delay in the second order.

There’s no good experience the bed are hard like stone not comfortable at all for sleep , the staff especially the receptions never pick up the phone , there no soap in bathroom even though we called them no body come to fill it , only 1 towel in bath room even though we booked for 2 persons ,
