I arrived very late after midnight from a long day traveling by car and then a flight a internal flight from Tabuk. The room was orderly prepared. The sink in the washroom was stuffed and It was simply unacceptable to wait for the water to drain. Second day I mentioned in the morning that it need to be fixed. I can back in the evening, room was not done, no house keeping and sink was not fixed. I went down to reception, pointed out and have given them time to repair which was was done. However house keeping didn’t came to make the room. I went out for a walk nearly an hour and told reception to inform HK, when I came back nothing was not happen I called and waited over 45 min and finally I felt really so insulted and decided to check out. For the record I moved to ibis city Centre and stayed 3 nights. I totally demand a refund of both nights, the one I stayed and the second that I didn’t being a value member of Accor

Good location, old furniture, no cleaning service

It was good experience but I expect more comparing with movinpick hotel around the world The furniture is very old. I stay for 5 days no one clean the room or change the Taweles and cheets The swimming pool there is nk sun beds and it's empty no drinks or anyone there need more activity I felt that I'm alone in the hotel and I tried to change the hotel but they said you already paid for 5 nights and you can't change
