The hotel is located in Al Madina Rd which is easy to reach from anywhere in Jeddah as it cross the city from North to South. In addition, rooms with balcony has good view to the city and the balcony is an excellent relaxing spot. Moreover, I suggest to anyone after eating the delicious hotel breakfast to drink the coffee next to the swimming pool which is nice place to visit in hotel facilities. Hotel staff were very helpful

The hotel has good facilities. The service is not existent - I stayed for two nights the room was nod cleaned on the second day.

- Extremely difficult to access via car. - Very good male receptionist on check in at about 6pm on Weds - TV channel selection very limited. - Water pressure in shower weak on Weds evening and Thursday morning. - Very nice fruit bowl. - Excellent guy working the omelette station on Thursday morning

I arrived very late after midnight from a long day traveling by car and then a flight a internal flight from Tabuk. The room was orderly prepared. The sink in the washroom was stuffed and It was simply unacceptable to wait for the water to drain. Second day I mentioned in the morning that it need to be fixed. I can back in the evening, room was not done, no house keeping and sink was not fixed. I went down to reception, pointed out and have given them time to repair which was was done. However house keeping didn’t came to make the room. I went out for a walk nearly an hour and told reception to inform HK, when I came back nothing was not happen I called and waited over 45 min and finally I felt really so insulted and decided to check out. For the record I moved to ibis city Centre and stayed 3 nights. I totally demand a refund of both nights, the one I stayed and the second that I didn’t being a value member of Accor

Old decoration remind you of old days and the history of this hotel. Nice staff and a wide variety of breakfast buffet. Toiletries are better than other hotels. Enjoy a good location and a back street that is filled with restaurants of different cuisines.
