I wish I was able to provide a more favorable review. During my almost two week stay at this location, I was unable to get even one good night sleep because of the high temperature in the room I stayed in. The inability to make the temperature cooler given the unseasonably warmer weather was the primary reason. The facilities and staff were great.

Very unpleasant stay

We have been accommodated in a room with extremely high temperature, while the aircon/heating system has not been working! I called once at the reception and I have been assured that the heating will be stopped. However, the temperature continued to raise and it has been unbearable for sleep. We have been hoping to sleep 7-8 hours before our next flight, however our whole experience have been ruined due to the inconveniences caused, despite being moved into another room midnight after heavy complain. Furthermore, there have been very noisy piping right behind the bed, so it was very difficult to fell asleep. I would not give more than 1 star for this experience. It is a shame that paying 200 EUR per night you wouldn't be able even to sleep.

Windows leaking

The staff were friendly but i had large window in the room which was leaking rain water on the floor. I woke up in the morning and told the reception and went to have breakfast. Until my check out they didn’t fix it or come to see it.
