As standard an Ibis hotel as can be. Everything is ok, you get what you expect. Like everywhere - no fridge, no normal cups, no tea pot. But very attentive staff. Everything is ok, when you don't have special expectations you don't get disappointed. The place is great.

The staff was very kind, but the hotel needs a serious refurbishment, as most of the room facilities aren't in great shape. The condition of the bathroom was pretty bad, as was the number of power outlets.

The bathroom was not cleaned from the previous client who shaved his beard and all the hair from his beard was all over the sink, tap and partly in the bathtub and on the towels. The staff didn’t even suggest to change the room and ignored 2 times our problem, they told that they would clean when were will leave the hotel but when we were back in the evening nobody cleaned. I am really shocked that this is the level of IBIS hotel. We came to Milan and booked hotel for 1 night and most of this time we lived with someone’s hair from shaving.

I am immensely sorry that your experience was spoilt by the accident described; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Having read what happened to you, I had to investigate on the matter and found out that another guest had checked in in your room before you and they moved to a different room. Hence the system registered that room like empty and that is why, it was given to you. The cleaning service starts from the afternoon that follows the arrival date and this is why the waitress did not come to clean. However, if you requested, this only means that the must have forgotten, and this is not acceptable. I have already spoken with him and I report on his behalf his apologies, which I do hope you will accept. We are very thankful to you for sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that this accident will not stop you from coming to visit us again in the near future.
