Uma boa experiência! O Hotel tem um bom pequeno almoço mas um pouco caro. Na cidade (que vincula o Hotel) cobram taxas municipais a partir dos 13 anos, contrariamente a muitas outras nas quais os menores não pagam!

Caro O Sr. G., Agradecemos sinceramente pelo seu feedback. É gratificante saber que teve uma boa experiência em nosso hotel e que apreciou o nosso pequeno-almoço. Quanto ao imposto municipal, lamentamos o inconveniente, na verdade, se a reserva for para dois adultos é pedida uma taxa turística para dois. No caso de reservas diretas, estes incidentes podem ser corrigidos. La ubicación del hotel, aunque alejado, es muy cómoda ya que está muy bien comunicado con tranvía, autobús y metro con diferentes zonas de la ciudad. La limpieza de las habitaciones deja bastante que desear. Además la habitación es muy muy oscura. Algo que se debería mejorar ya que la apariencia general es muy tétrica. El desayuno es fantástico. Aunque sencillo es bastante variado y rico. La sala de desayuno también es muy agradable.

I feel very unappreciated as an Accor client. The service is very unsatisfactory. I would rather stay at another hotel than at Accor hotels while in Europe. Very bad
