Great 4 night stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom. Proper coffee machine. Bottle of water provided every day. Restaurant available next door at the Novotel which we ate in one night and was nice. Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the Ca’Granda Metro station. This then takes you 5 stops down to Garibaldi mainline train station which was our main station for getting to the Grand Prix for the weekend. The aircon worked well to cool the room. There was no noise during the night from either outside the hotel or inside from other rooms. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a stay in Milan and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Milan!

Decent prices, excellent breakfast, needs more attention to cleaning and some new TVs in the rooms. Also, something must be done with the big metallic caps that you have over the underground parking that are making extreme noise when the cars run over them.

Short stay, usually front desk will ask if you want smoking or non smoking which a lot of Hotel are non smoking room. They assign me to smoking room,. When I open door I can smell cigarette lucky enough after I came back from dinner the cigarette smell went down. I’m not request to change room as I’m just one might room cause I need to wake up early on the next morning

Stayed for 2 nights. It was a good stay overall. Alexander at the reception is great at customer service, super efficient and welcoming. Upgraded us to executive room. Room was not too compact nor spacious. Big enough to store 2 large back packs. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy but old. Floor planks were squeaky. Room had hot water kettle, nespresso machine with pods and regular tea coffee. Bath towels/hand towels were old (clean but old). Air-conditioning only works from 5:00pm to 11:00pm due to some Milan city rules. This is the first ever hotel I have come across to have an emergency button in a bathroom (long thread from the ceiling to bath tub) to be used in case of emergency.
