The room was really smelly, and I asked but nothing was done. The bed didn't have a complete bedsheet. The room was not so clean. I will never come back. Sorry for that.

No sound insulation from outside. Windows basically do not close

Windows do not close tightly. In my room I could literally shake it +/- 0.5cm there and back. What that means is that you hear absolutely every car/truck that is driving by. I got no sleep that night. To me this was the first time ever I did not sleep well in an Ibis hotel. Until then I always recommended Ibis for the quality of sleep. That said, the ste staff is very polite and understanding.
