nightmare never again

it was cold , not enough blankets, only had one. 1230 am fire alarm, keeps going of every 20 mins ,had enough by 3 am , packed up and left. Not we are so sorry nothing , go my money back, but I will never stay again

We would have been able to move rooms if requested. I do understand if you did not want to be moved. We have more blankets on request. 3 nights and four days in the heart of Sydney whilst simultaneously far from the crowds and surrounded by scrub and nature; just lovely. Service was great, shuttle busses quick making the rainy days easier, the room clean and comfortable, the views from the balcony just lovely and the food excellent. We had a lovely time and hope to be back one day.
