Dirty rooms. Bathrooms were really bad

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good beds, but the rooms really needed an upgrade (just new floors a good clean and a lick of paint. The bathrooms were just awful. The shower was not clean.

Well located for Disneyland Paris

Arrived early evening and the reception staff was friendly and spoke good English which made booking in so much easier. Hotel had a large free car park with EV charging. There was a electronic means in reception to book a take away which was delivered to reception. Stay and room were comfortable with Disneyland Paris only being 20 minutes away. The only negative was the boy racers who kept revving and racing their motorbikes up and down the street in the early hours of the morning.

Very poor experience

As a family of 4, with a 12 week old baby and 3 year old, i was shocked we was given a room on the first floor and in the second building. The room wasnt clean and the sheets cause my baby a skin reaction. The AirCon didnt work. The sink did not have a plug which i needed. Overall i will not return to an Ibis again!
