Great hotel, clean and in an excellent location close to Christmas market. We stayed here for the Christmas market. We arrived late due to flight delays. Our room was ready. A spare bed was set up for our 10 year old son. Our room faced the rail tracks but there was no noticeable noise from the trains. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the food was excellent. The staff was friendly in the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel if you’re in Nuremberg for the Christmas market. It was a 15 minute walk straight to the market.

Our stay at Novotel Nurnberg was great! the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. we had a queen sized bed and a pull out queen sized bed for the kids. both were very comfortable although the pull out bed was a bid hard. The bathroom also was very nice with heated floors. The bathroom exhaust fan did not seem powerful enough though so it got a bit steamy after a shower. But overall a great hotel very close to the train station and the old city.

Good location and nice rooms. Breakfast very busy and chaotic in small part of the hotel. EV Chargers occupied by cars that were done charging and no assistance from hotel staff in terms of getting the cars moved.

The receptionist could not talk German and could not help much in English, That was weird. The room was clean. But there was no extra blanket or Pillow available, the hairdryer didn't work. The WC was clean but smelled really strange at evenings. Giving the fact that there wasn't an ''actual'' air conditioner in the bathroom and no actual door (it was only a separator) so We asked for someone who comes and looks if the smells go. They did check but that's all! they couldn't solve the problem and they didn't change our room. There was no control in Pool area, so most of the guests without talking shower directly jumped into the water. The second night of our stay, the pool was full of hair, it was disgusting. For towels in Sauna we needed to call the receptions again and there wasn't any clean more. Any way it felt like pool and sauna are not the hotel responsibilities and they left by their own. The breakfast was ok but first we needed to que. To my taste, queuing for a prepaid meal at a 4 star hotel in Germany is very strange and not polite towards gusts. The hotel was full and seemd no booking was rejected even the capacity was up to its neck. So the cleaning service at breakfast hall needed to be too fast and logically they couldn't clean after each guest properly. Both days we ate at not very clean table on very dirty under-dish cloths and stainfull chairs.
