I have stayed at this location several times, and I still have the same concerns: 1. The desk needs a lamp. There is an outlet there; why not have a lamp? 2. The halls are too warm, and that heat transfers to the room. Reduce the heat in halls and rooms, and even the lobby. People arrive with coats and they have walked; so they are warm. It is easier to get warm than to get cool. The only reason that I stay at this hotel rather than another is because I can have a room with a window that opens. Still the room has hot spots because of excess heat in halls. 3. The hotel only has 2 elevators for 10 stories. There are probably 200 or 300 rooms. Many have to leave the hotel about 8:00 am. I am not sure how to remedy this problem. But, I think Ibis can find some sort of solution

I was pleasantly surprised surprised by this hotel. The room was spacious, the staff welcoming, Ideal location at the airport. The menu at the restaurant was simple but good choice and delicious. Breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again.
