It wasn't unpleasent, but reception is not at all efficient. I had a lot of trouble prolonging my reservation for one night.

Kind of the definition of ok. Check in was a little slow (and there wasn’t even a queue), with initially no record of my prepayment. Room was comfortable (like all the Pullmans) without having anything particularly great. Express checkout is excellent. CDGVL wasn’t working, which made it a pain to get there (via bus).

We were booked at this hotel due to an Air France flight cancellation. As we stayed in the hotel for a short period of time, I can only comment on the extremely dismissive and rude woman who was working when we arrived at 1am. She did not greet us or provide any context on the room or details on the hotel. After referencing the reviews shortly after checking in, it appears many guests have had the treatment, which would warrant management intervention.
