Having stayed at several hotels in CDG, the Pullman is one of my favorites. However, this stay, haviong been assigned a room for disabled people, was somewhat less comfortable compared to other stays.

A convenient location, beautifully designed hotel and pleasant, efficient staff make the Pullman our favorite airport hotel. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable and we enjoy the imaginative menu in the restaurant. Staying within the airport terminal means that catching early flights are stress free as it's just a quick ride on CDG Val to the terminal. I highly recommend the Pullman CDG.

Good! Nice practical comfortable rooms. Extremely limited choices in restaurant & even more for Vegetarians. Provide more wholesome. simple food. Most staff friendly and helpful. some not so.

Location was very convenient from all CDG Terminals and was ideal for our overnight transit. Easy to find and check in. We booked two conjoining rooms (422 and 423) with a private hallway for our young family. The rooms were both very spacious and it was nice to have a bath in one and a shower in the other. Because we have young children sleeping in the conjoining room, we had both doors open and the hallway door closed, unfortunately the hallway lights are controlled by motion sensors located outside our private hall and activated by other guests on the floor, so our hall lights continually turned on and off during the night. We choose not to shut the internal doors to hide this as our youngest child is not capable of operating the internal doors. There are probably safety/compliance reasons for this lighting set up however it was disruptive to our sleep. We also found that most doors did not stay open, power point that didn’t work and the location of the toilet away from the bathroom in both rooms to be unusual. We had booked our rooms with breakfast included using the hotel’s website however when we arrived at breakfast we were charged. When we challenged this, we were told that we had only part-paid for breakfast and would have to pay the difference. When we checked out, we queried this and were told that we had breakfast included and should not have been charged. We are unsure why this was an issue, perhaps there was a mistake at check in, or the price of breakfast increased after we prepaid for our rooms months earlier. Generally our stay was fine and suited our needs however we did not feel that the price was justified and would choose an alternative option next time we transit through CDG.

For us, its proximity to the terminals makes this an easy place to stay before flying transatlantic but more than that we enjoy the vibe of the hotel, the rooms which are very well designed and comfortable and the restaurant is excellent. we highly recommend it.

I had 2 bookings, The first Night i was checked in with a nice gentlemen named Theodore and i need to check out the following to check in on my second booking. I had asked to stay in the same room but unfortunately i was asked to change room which i could not understand. I had to pack and unpack all my belongings.

Excellent family rooms, very quiet. Great dinner by the bar, very good breakfast and the nice surprise of being allowed with my little dog almost everywhere. Usually we have the breakfast in shift because the dog is not allowed, this time we were able to enjoy a family breakfast all together.

Service was a bit slow in the evening when ordering a drink from the bar. A waiter's quality of service to another table was not acceptable resulting in broken crockery, more broken crockery / glass was heard later that evening. Hot chocolate would be nice to have at breakfast, but not readily available. I had asked for a room with bath but got a shower only - I did not try to correct this.

When I was checking out in the morning around 5am, I was told the invoice is €85. I paid the full amount in cash to the on duty staff. Two days later, I found the hotel deducted €85 plus city tax from my credit card. Thus, I have been charged €85 two times! Emailed the hotel, did not get any feedback! Very disappointed! Hotel facility , location,room service was good

Very easy to find from Roissy 2. Stylish, comfortable hotel . Much better choice for us that last stay in CDG which was at Mercure. The scallop starter from the menu was a little frugal with only 2 scallops ... considering the price charged .

Smiling staff, clean & spacious room, hotel is located 100m from airport shuttle this is a good place to stay if you have to catch an early flight. Only down side is the restaurant, up until recently the food was very good, the change of menu/chef has resulted in a significent drop in quality.

Linked to the terminal by a very convenient free shuttle cdgval the hotel provides quality services . When carrying suitcases and coming from the station , the last 15 meters needs a more convenient place to roll on .

Our child’s bed wasn’t ready, and there was quite a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and the carpet was very stained, so we were disappointed.
