The room was good, but I need to mention what happened when I got to the hotel with my daughter, we were given the keys to a room (216), when we both went up we couldn't get in , so my daughter went down and got another key. To our surprise when we opened the room there were two guys in the room. We had to carry our bags down and get the keys to a room (116). How can someone at the reception not know that the room was still occupied. What would have happened if two girls simply enter a room with different people in it. This is the only bad experience we had and just wanted to note this. Thanks in advance

It's not the first I'm coming to this hotel. I really like the location and the room, I always have the feeling the staff is a little bit out of it though. This time, even if I left my room at 7am leaving the "make my room" sign, I came back at 10pm with a room not done. Not a big deal, I guess it saved some trees, but service in general is a little flaky.

Everything was great with the exception of two things. 1) We had a nice meal in the restaurant but when I got the bill, I noticed we had been charged 8 Euros, or basically $9 USD for one Coca Cola which is outrageous. The food was priced reasonably. Later, we ordered some cheese and some chocolate mouse from room service. Unlike everywhere else in France, the tax and tip were not included on the price located on the room service menu so we ended up paying over $40 for some stale bread, a small plate of cheese and a small dish of chocolate mouse. Also, it would have been nice for the staff to explain you need to insert the hotel key card into a special slot on the wall to get the lights to turn on. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

I had an enjoyable stay, but expected more from a brand such as the Pullman. Express (Online) checkline provided no apparent benefits. Express checkout was fast and easy, but i did not receive a receipt for over a week, which was needed for file my expense report.

Reception at the hotel was very friendly and efficient. Room was compact but the quality of the bed and amenities more than made up for the adequate size. Big surprise was the evening dining. Far better than I would ever have expected at an airport hotel.

The hotel rooms were up to Pullman standards, and the location is ideal. However the reception area was 1/ very poorly staffed, 2/ staff was not properly trained, and 3/ the layout of the check-in area was a total mess.

Room Service Issue 1. I rang for some ice to be told the ice machine was broken so there was not any. I simply went down to the bar and got the ice myself. If the room service ice machine is broken why could they not simply go to the bar as I did? Room service Issue 2. We ordered a club sandwich. I did not mind that it took quite a while to be delivered. However, it was stone cold. It looks like the order had been prepared much earlier and (I assume sat on the delivery cart waiting for someone to bring it to our room. Room Issue. It is impossible to close the door to the bathroom. The bottom of the door catches on the tiles. Breakfast issue. The breakfast venue was not overly busy. However, when we were there they had run out of plates and glasses in the serving area. Generally there appeared to be no urgency by the staff to replenish the plates and glasses or clear the tables. I am not sure what they were doing. Pool issue. The pool deck chair collapsed on me. I discovered that of the two bolts that were holding the back of the chair to the bed part of the chair, one bolt was missing entirely and the other bolt had come lose and fallen out. The other deck chair I used had a missing wheel. Check out. There was a queue of 8 people linin gup to check out and only one person on the counter. That person was checking people out and also taking phone enquiries. Help finally arrived but be then the queue had subsided.

the only anoying thing was the noisy air condition & heating system. After asking at the reception by phone for fixing it it was turned off by the reception. The noise stopped, however, I haven't had fresh air coming in from the system and there is no window to open. Very bad!

First time in this hotel that I woke up from noise outside my room. I almost get used to fact that breakfast organization is below standard. I asked for an omelette after waiting almost 5 minutes to try to get attention of the chef who took all efforts to ignore me. After telling what my order was he suddenly disappeared to leave it to a colleague who didn’t have a clue where to find the ingredients. How difficult is it to have a ‘Mia en place’ ready? By then almost 10 minutes where gone so I decided to cancel the order simply because I had to leave not to miss my meeting. When I saw the and explained why I canceled the order he just shrugged his shoulder and walked away. No apologies or anything. Also all breadbasket where empty beside half a baguette. When I informed a staff member about it no réaction whatsoever. This is a hotel frequented by business travelers who normally have tight schedules but at breakfast they don’t cater for this.

Perfect stay, welcome, room confort, room service... etc... Conveniently located near the train station. Made it to terminal 2E in 20 minutes. Always stay at this hotel prior to early international flights... see you next time.

I think overall it's a nice modern hotel for a casual stay. However what we expected was a luxury hotel. First impressions count, when we entered the hotel it took about 6 minutes to be greeted by a staff member. Yet there were already two available to welcome us, but they chatted amongst them selves.... Until a third staff approached greeted us but took another 4 minutes to be seen to, even though there were no guests in line in front of us.... I really liked the view from the hotel room, looking over the airport however the downside of that particular room ( level 8) we were right next to an office I think, and my sleep was broken from about 5am, as every time the door next door slammed I was awakened. Unfortunately as it was very busy at the pool we didn't get to enjoy it much, however I think if it wasn't a public holiday maybe the experience would have been more enjoyable. We used Staycation to find hotel.

Need improvement with front desk check in.

The room was clean and well maintained and the food/beverage was good. First impression was not good. I arrived at noon and the front desk clerk told me that the room would be ready around 2pm. I told her I would wait in the lobby and she said she would come and get me. At 4pm I went to the desk (different person there) and they were surprised that no one had come to get me. Not a good first impression. I am also an Accor member but she did not want to take my number down since my company was paying for the accommodation. (However I believe I could get Accor credit through purchases within the hotel.)
