Nice, really clean new hotel. Easy acces. Spacious room. The bathroom was especially clean. And quite functional. The toilet is in its own separate "room". The actual dull "concrete booth". Not even hooks on the walls to hang clothes on. And no sink where to wash your hands and so on. Otherwise Neat and big enough. Adequate lighting. The staff is excellent. The price of the room is quite high.

slow check-inn. lot's of room service trays in the ahllway. (upon arrival @6pm, next day leaving 9am still same tray before my room. Several trays in the hallway) Checkout; invoice to be send by email. Email was not sent. Had to call, email sent but with wrong invoice. Picked up a hardcopy at the hotel desk since I was still in the neighborhood. Unfortunately after 1 week now my creditcard still a reservation is mentioned of the pullman. You should work on your accounts receivable system.....

Had a good impression of the hotel, first i had to change check in desk as the person was too busy preparing for a group. I then had to change room, as I have requested one bed instead of 2 beds. very well taken care by reception. Had an incident during breakfast spilling coffee, the lady of course was not happy about the incident, but after apologizing 3 times there is nothing more I could do. probably was a bad day. but afterwards she was very attentive when my mouth mask broke, providing me a new one. not without first complaining about getting close to the food area. (she was right), maybe a language issue? but I can say the hotel was quite good for a night sleep. comfortable

Mistakes with room service order. No ordered coffee in the morning to room. The front Office called me some ,,strange false,, taxi for 20eur from hotel to airport, without fiscal invoice. In three days I didnt receive back to my credit Card deposit. I feel stolen. Horrible hotel. If I Will not receive this deposit back these weekend, I Will contact my lawer.

Hotel is very comfortable and very convenient too. Only one little thing Is the extremely slow check-in even with a pre-check done, and actually like this each time. Rest is perfect.

Sometimes I like the hustle and bustle and the international flair of an airport hotel. As often I am in the greater Paris area I try to stay in this hotel. Modern and straight forward design with lots of parking space under the hotel. Nice rooms, good beds, alsways clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I read the restaurants seems to be overpriced but I can't see this. The food is excellent and good food has its price so good value for the money in my opinion. Breakfast buffet top. As mentioned before I just like this hotel and will for sure stay more often in the future on my business trips which will bring me in the area.

Nice room but needs to work on attitude

The room and beds were super nice and the breakfast delicious as was the lunch in the conference room. However we leave with a sense of disappointment over the attitude towards the guests from several staff members. Not warm, kind and attentive as expected. Some examples: We were denied to order kid's menu to our daughter because the staff thought she looked too big, that was rude. One of us were told to go to the room and change from the hotel slippers worn to breakfast room, very unexpected and offensive. The hot milk run out at 8.30AM in the breakfast room and nobody came back with new milk during the last hour, despite it was asked for twice. A small Coke with the room service dinner was charged with 8 Euros plus service fee 5 Euros! The quote for the room was 155 Euros per night on the big table in the reception, but the bill was like 230 Euros, the explanation being: "the price has changed, somebody must have forgotten to change the quote on the table". That is illegal in my country and the sense was that we were ripped off by this hotel. I will not recommend staying there to my colleagues and friends. Even more sad, my daughter does not want to go to France anymore, her inpression is that French people are tough and arrogant, both in this hotel, in the airport and downtown. Before the trip, she wanted to improve her French and planned to study in Paris in the future.

We travel in and out of Paris multiple times each year and typically spend the night at the airport before an early departure home. We used to stay at the Hyatt before discovering the Pullman. It so SO MUCH BETTER. While the rooms are just average, the location is great, right on the subway line. The real bonus is the restaurant which is as good as most in France. It can be busy though because I suspect people come from surrounding hotels. Make a reservation when securing your room. On last visit, when meals were slow, staff comped our main courses! Over the top great service. We will be back. Cleanliness marked down because we were given an uncleaned room and we had to be moved. Staff shortages I suspect.

We had another wonderful stay here as a family of 3 plus our dog. The staff was so kind and accommodating. They brought us a blanket and bowls for our dog. We had a delicious dinner from room service. The room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. We also appreciated the fitness items provided in the room. Thank you so much!

The Pullman Paris at the airport was absolutely perfect. From the easy, professional check-in, to the great happy hour at the bar, to the wonderful supper in the restaurant, to the large, comfortable double suite, everything was just right. No one put a foot wrong, nothing disappointed. We were only there for one night, but we would not hesitate to stay again.
