We chose to stay at your property after spending a number of days struggling to find decent food due to the current situation. To find that you charged us full rate with no delivery of service (every facility in the hotel was closed) and then receiving the most over priced, poorly cooked room service accompanied by the most disgustingly dirty cutlery was astounding.

Well located but expensive

No other choice but this hotel due to the covid-19 situation. Everything was closed (restaurant,bar, gym) but no discount was made as a compensation. The installations looked nice as well as the hotel but we could not make any use of them. 250 euros for quite a basic room seems overpriced The breakfast came late and there was no bread with the cheese and ham.

I have been staying at the Pullman CDG for the last 4 years. I have staid in other hotels (Hilton, Crown Plaza...) in the airport area, but non are a match for the Pullman. +: location, food options at restaurant, pool and sauna area, young friendly team, sustainability efforts -: sometimes service at the restaurant is slow, older TV and VOD system

As always warm welcome Too bad that the choice is so limited at the restaurant And to have coffee at 5 am was impossible, per the front desk, finally the lady preparing the breakfast room was kind enough to bring me a cup!

Nice hotel, good location for staying over night at the airport, quiet and safe, just opposite the free shuttle station. Staffs were friendly and helpful, our room was spacious, very clean, the only thing I don't like is the toilet, separated from the washroom, but in living room, there is no toilet bowl in the bedroom, so before or after shower, I have to walk to the living room, not convenient. Everything else was good, and we loved the breakfast, dinner in the restaurant was delicious, I would recommend this hotel to my friends for sure.

Everythign was good but the fact that when we arrived just after 10 pm, we were informed tha we could not get to eat, except for the bar as the restaurant was closed. We hoped that since the hotel is at the airport and passengers may arrive at any time of the day, the restaurant would be open at least until 1 pm, even though it is in France.

we had 3 rooms with each 2 reservations, 1st reservation was 9-13 Feb (4 nights) and 2nd reservation was 13-14 Feb (1 night). However, we arrived the hotel at 18:45 on 13 Feb and found the key could not allow to the room and checked with reception to find that our 3 rooms were with 2 reservations and needed to change the room for the last night by moving all luggages! It was unacceptable until we had a hard discussion with the reception and the manager, then we could stay in the same room with new keys!
