Positive: The hotel was easily reached from the airport, nice reception staff, and room-service via app worked perfectly, and the room would have been good if not for the following: Negative: Room was icecold when I entered, and the room smelled slightly of smoke when I entered. I thought that this cannot be in a non-smoking room. But: When going to bed in the evening, I realized that the pillow and the duvet smelled of smoke as well. Apparently a previous guest had (against the rules) smoked. That is not the hotel's fault, but what is not acceptable is that the hotel/the cleaning staff, just tried to camouflage this, by putting the aircondition at maximum, and as cold as possible. That is a no go. You should have changed the bedding. Unfortunately, it seems that in general cleaning is not a priority at your hotel: For example the sign on the table for the room service app was covered with dust (obviously not cleaned for a longer time), the hairdryer's handle was sticky etc. In Covid times such negligence at cleaning is even less acceptable then ever.

I have seen a supposedly "deluxe room" with so many stains on the carpet. I also almost fell when using the desk chair, the screws on which were missing... And the replacement chair I asked for over the phone never arrived before I had to go downstairs to ask for one...

From walking into the lobby I knew it was a nice place. Lots of plants and a very helpful reception desk. The room was large enough, VERY clean, and soundproof. It was very pleasant. It had a good desk and chair for working.

We needed a childbed and this was installed minutes after we got into the room. Room service personel very friendly and professional. Not directly the hotels "fault" but getting to the hotel from the airport in the evening not a great experience as CDG public transport area is dirty and not very welcoming.

Easy to find by car, I received a very warm welcome. I felt really well treated. Dinner brought to the room was amazing, and breakfast was very nice too. The room was good, and the bed so soft and comfortable, as always in Pullman hotels. I’ll be back!

The hotel is easy to access from public transportation. The bedroom was nice and clean. However there is a lack of consideration and organization regarding the breakfast experience. I booked with the front desk my breakfast the day before for a delivery between 6:30 and 7 am. 7:30 am and nothing. When I call the front desk, they inform me that there is always a delay unfortunately with COVID change. 8:30, I still don’t have my breakfast and I have to leave for the airport. For such hotel, it is not acceptable to not be able to deliver on time a breakfast that I paid.

In times of Covid 19, you pretty much have no other option than room service. I love the Pullman at Roissy because it is very conveniently located and accessible via CDG Val and has good amenities. Typically, I would stop at the bar and dine at the local restaurant but couldn't this time because of restrictions imposed by COVID 19. So, I ordered room service: soup, risotto-like dish and cheese and a bottle of wine (no cocktail list available). Soup and risotto-like dish arrived luke-warm and were not very tasty, cheese was fine, wine was super expensive for what it was. I guess I just have to wait for the end of the pandemic... :-(

The heating was not working, it s not the first time at this Pullman. I live in a very hot country all year long, my body is not used to cold rooms.. There was no extra blanket in the room. Room service forgot the jam with the cheese, I called them twice without any answer, nobody picked up the phone, I phoned the reception desk who transfered my call again to room service, no answer again. The receptionist didn t ask what my issue was about. So I just had a cold night, in a 5 star hotel...

We arrived at the hotel at 2100 on 17.12.20. Alexandra at reception took nearly 30minutes to gather the paperwork and complete check in while my wife and Inwere standing alone in reception after a long flight. Finally she gave us one key and we went upstairs with our baggage to the room on floor 7 and discovered the key did not work. I returned to reception and asked Alexandra for a replacement key - she gave this to me without any apology. At last in the room, I booked room service - after a ONE HOUR WAIT at 2230, we received room serve - COLD soup, COLD pasta and salad. And lastly the room was FREEZING COLD - the heating system did not work. I was too exhausted and angry to return to Alexandra to ask for another room with heating. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Clean, spacious but rooms too cold

I liked the cleanliness, fast internet speed and other amenities. However, the experience was not good because rooms were too cold despite an engineer working for around 45 minutes and extra radiators. A higher end hotel should have warm rooms in winter.

I had a lot of problems with the room service. As my family had a flight to catch the next morning, I went to the frontdesk the night before departure to fix the problem and agree on a solution. As a loyalty program member, I made a quick checkout in the morning and I have the very unpleasant surprise to see on my bank account and my invoice that nothing of the discussed terms have been applied and that I have been fully charged. This is unacceptable. Furthermore, there was a security breach in my room as a stranger (I mean someone not belonging to the hotel staff) was able to open my door in the late evening. Luckily I was not asleep and the man ran away. I advised your staff to check on the security camera. Last point but not least. It was definitely not my first time in your hotel. The following night, I went to Pullman Bercy and I was chating with the staff, THEY informed me that there was a pool in your place.... Such a shame that you are not advertising your customer...If you want any further explanations, feel free to contact me on my cell 06 99 84 07 14 on the business working hours.
