It's a bit disappointing. We'd booked a "one bedroom deluxe apartment" which, according to the blurb, would be on a high floor with harbour views. In fact it was on level 3 overlooking the street, with a very very strong smell of air freshener and a sense of being back in the 90s complete with sturdy glass ash trays despite it apparently being a non-smoking hotel. The lining from the promised black out curtains was missing so was awoken early. The shower handle was broken. The pool area is quite nice and opened to the terrace.

We stayed here for 3 nights with family and friends to attend a wedding nearby. While the rooms were very good and the staff friendly we feel that there could have been better communication. We did not know about the shuttle from the airport and weren’t offered the children’s Pullman packs ( they had run out by the time we asked for them!). We thought paying $50 for the 4 hours the babysitter was there expensive as well as the breakfasts, although there was a great selection of food. The overall presentation was excellent, loved the Christmas decorations and everything was clean and tidy

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by each and every staff. I accidentally left my passport in the room and only realized it when I was at the airport. In a moment of panic I called the hotel and Mr. Singh (sorry I didn’t recognise the first name) quickly stepped in to help. He immediately arranged a taxi to deliver my passport to the airport, ensuring I made my flight on time. His quick thinking and prompt response turned what could have been a disaster into a seamless resolution. This level of care and professionalism is rare, and I am deeply grateful. Thank you, Mr. Singh, and the entire team, for your exceptional service. Highly recommended.

Our stay couldn"t of been better. From the front deck on arrval to the bar and resturant staff and housekeeping everywone was happy,smiling and helpful our room was clean tidy and the bed very comforable which made everything put together a great stay
