The front desk staff were very helpful in accommodating my request to store my belongings in the hotel's safety deposit box and retrieving them when I needed them in the evening. My request for additional hangers was also promptly addressed. However, I had an unpleasant incident with one of the male staff members in the restaurant. When I approached him to inquire if soup was being served that day, as it had not been available the previous day, he became annoyed and told me to sit down and stop following him without letting me explain my reason for approaching him. The staff member was male, short in stature and appeared to be of Asian descent. Overall, my stay at your hotel was great, and this was my third or fourth time staying with you. I appreciate the generally helpful and accommodating nature of your staff, but the rude interaction with the restaurant employee was disappointing. I hope this feedback can help you address any training or customer service issues with that particular staff member.

Our group spent more than a week at the Ibis Centre Geneva Nations and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff were wonderful -- helpful, cordial, and responsive. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

I usually stay in Ibis in different countries, Centre Nation was for the 1st time. I was disappointed with breakfasts i) hot food was over and not added during 20 min than I was in the breakfast area ii) dirty caps for coffee.
