Team was great I think the hotel could use some renovation work The bathroom seems old and overused with marks all over the mirror for example 2nd time i stay there and had the same feeling each time Pool should also be renovated: rust and corrosion all over the place, tiles missing from floors

the staff were the main positive point of the hotel they were friendly and professional (especially breakfast team) The hotel is run down and old and I found breakfast service lacking. Firstly there was no covid protocol with all guests touching the dishes and serving utensils without sanitizing. There is poor choice and practically no healthy options + on 2 occasions the yoghurt I chose had mold in them (date was good so not the hotels fault)

The first day i arrived the ac wasn’t heating. As i informed it was central issue. The night was 14 degrees. I was freezing. I got cold and on sunday went to hospital just because of it. Besides in my first room phones wasn’t working and i called via my normal mobile each time. The water in the shower wasn’t warm neither. With all these bad experiences they only changed my room. If i were the hotel management would be very sorry and do a million things to keep the customer happy.

Room had a weird smell inside Waiter at the restaurant was rude when I asked for a simple sandwich charged 50 chf for 1 cappuccino, one croissant and one sandwich looks like a robbery. Conclusion: will discuss with Credit Suisse Travel dept and check out our corporate agreement

Entered having high expectations for this world class property. Was expecting more personalization, greeting upon arrival, and a better room. Other people in my group had more updated guest rooms, and mine was not.

The hotel is old and it’s clearly seen at the lobby. The carpets the sofas etc. The higiene package in the rooms was clearly poor and not to the standards of a 5 stars hotel.

We had a great stay at the Fairmont Geneva. We had two rooms and rather than an interior connecting door, there was a main door and ante room, which was perfect for our family and dog. We enjoyed the indoor pool, which was well managed by staff, with reservations keeping the number of people using the pool at the same time low. I enjoyed the spa experience as well. The room service was fabulous and didn’t take more than 30 minutes to arrive. Hotel location was great, and all staff were very professional and courteous.

Our experience at Fairmont Grand Hotel Geneva was wonderful. We stayed in Geneva for 5 days and found a second home at the Fairmont. The hotel has a perfect location for both visiting the city and exploring the countryside. The pool was a perfect spot at night to relax and the restaurant was an incredible place where to enjoy unique recipes from talented chefs and be inspired by a beautiful view. Very cozy room and well organized. All the staff in the hotel was extremely kind, professional and warm. Looking forward to come back in August. We were traveling for both business and family time.
