Lobby area far too warm, needed air conditioning on or higher setting. On waking the next morning ceiling of room had a lot of flies, about 20 of them. We sleep with window open as dry air conditioning in small room overnight makes my husbands cough worse, then unable to sleep. When I woke I was covered with midge or fly bites or bed bug bites, to the point of both my arms absolutely covered, and my husbands arms affected but not as bad . Unable to locate staff on reception that morning to alert them to the issue we had. Poor choice of breakfast items, and what was there not replenished, and also open to flies. When we stayed last year there were no problems, that's what influenced our decision to stay again, unfortunately we may not be staying again.

Too many insects No chair for hanging on clothes No place to put towel after using No place for putting toiletries. Carton cups instead of glass. Not possible to keep any light on for during the night. No hairdryer

Our location in the port area does bring us closer to nature, which unfortunately includes these insects. As for the absence of chairs, our room design includes two stools to align with the Ibis Budget brand standards, aiming for simplicity and space efficiency. We understand the importance of having a place to hang clothes and towels, and a place toiletries. While we do provide specific amenities to meet our brand's value proposition, we will certainly take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. Additionally, for safety reasons, our windows are designed not to open fully, and our rooms are equipped with an air freshness system that is centrally regulated. Moreover, we provide carton cups as a part of our commitment to sustainability. We apologize if these did not meet your expectations. For future stays, we do have hairdryers available at the reception desk for our guest's convenience. Our room is dirty every wall has a mosqiuto blood and smashed mosqiuto. Lavatory and bathroom is dirty.
