Good location for low budget

The hotel is located 15 min walk from the center, 2 min walk from the closest tram station, and 10 min walk from the main train station. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room furniture and carpet are dated. It definitely needs renovation. In cold winter, the room was well isolated and warm. The bathroom was clean. However, we would appreciate a deeper cleaning in the room before our arrival (the carpet and cupboard were dirty, full of small cardboard and tissue pieces.)

Hotel itself very nice, room very spacious and roomy with a comfortable bed. Location wise 5 minutes from the train station and 15/20 minutes walk from the town centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel itself, it is very rough and neither of us felt safe. There is a lot of people out on the streets, day and night and it does not feel safe.
