Hotel is located close to restaurants which is good. This is more of a 3 start hotel. Rooms are dated, not cleaned well, noisy with not enough breakfast options. Most annoying part for us was that hotel’s parking garage is very small and full. Front desk person told us to do street parking which she said was free but she didn’t tell us it was only free until 9 AM so we had to pay $30 fine. I do recommend looking around for other Boutique hotels if you can.

We were nervous about city centre location but were able to park. Family room was a gorgeous duplex and spacious. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

We stay here 4-6 times a year and are always highly satisfied by the welcome, the rooms etc. The family duplex rooms are a bit unpredictable though: 1 day we have a huge one and another time we have a very small duplex for a higher price

Overall it was all okey . I think difference made the People working there. Very Kid and helpful. Breakfast is good and sufficient from selection options . Had once dinner , also was good . Rooms are okey and good to sleep. Bathrooms dark and waterpower needs an update. Went once to hamam and pool. All okey , nothing to complain good average experience. Negative , masses of Chinese and Japanese as well koreans and indians . By bus in summertime , downturn !! Thats it , would i use it again ? 1 night yes for business or if i have kids for pool and entertainment . Oh the guy working nightshift is challenging you if he speaks your language too…. Nice guy ( give him a promotion @Accor ) Cheers
