All the staff members offered their help to the maximum level. Me and my friend had a great time during our stay. We stayed for a night and had unexpected and important things to be done that night so we asked the stuff we met at around the reception area, it wasn't their job but they go to that level to help us & solved it. Cleaners were helpful too. We were so grateful. And spend the night with an easy thanks all the staff special Tilak and syam from concierge

Visited first time but truely a place for family stay. Pool and other facilities are available on a low budget but satisfactory service and kind hearted staff. Rooms are well cleaned and tidy and stuff available on request! Much appreciated service from housekeeping staff Nabeel and concierge waqas. Special mentions to reception Hritika and Ahmad

Please do not book at NoVotel al Bustan abu dhabi, they make many deductions at the end you pay your room twice, very disorganised, rude managers never responded, calls , emails anything. Regarding the rooms, no towels, blankets, no valet parking service, if you stay for 2 days 👎
