Booked at the last minute in an emergency on a flexible booking. Got all the way up to the room with my luggage to find the key wouldn’t open my door. Had to go all the way back down to reception dragging my luggage to get it fixed. Went back up to find the most horrible dinghy room I’ve ever seen! Went back to reception to get a refund with the lady at the counter arguing that it was only flexible until the day before (fine print like this is hard to see on a phone in an emergency). I have booked lots of other Accor hotels that have been flexible up until 6pm day of check in. I’d had an incredibly bad day and this was making it unbearable. Finally the lady at the counter refunded to my card because I refused to stay in the room. Haven’t seen the refund come through on my card yet so I’m hoping it has been processed. I would never stay at this hotel again

Cheap but not nasty

It was cheap and small, expect that. But for what it is, it was worth it. A strong cleaning product smell in the hallway but other than that I was happy. Lower levels might be a bit noisier than being on level 7 but slept fine with no interruptions. It's well located just off queen street. No parking apart from a nearby Wilson parking which was $30 overnight

Well located. Small but functional room at a great price. Close to cafes and train. The wardrobe is not able to be used to hang as its not reachable. Needed earplugs overnight just due to proximity to bars etc. Overall a good stay and we have booked again though disappointed we can't get any Accor points
