The room and its amenities were very good; very convenient to have a fridge and a safe in the room. The hotel is convenient to the metro station, if a bit far from the center of Paris. Check in was easy, checkout was a bit frustrating because there seemed to be an issue with my account but the two women at the desk didn't talk to me about it, they just talked to each other, trying to decide what the problem was, I guess. I finally had to ask how I could get out because I had a car waiting. I paid 7 euros ≤ft. I don't understand why I couldn't have been included in the discussion. Up until checkout I felt like a valued guest, at checkout I felt like I was just a problem to be solved.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable , staff on the other hand just could not be bothered to help and were rude , they spent most of their time talking to each other when customers needed service , this was true of the reception and restaurant staff.

Our room was spacious and had all the conveniences we appreciate: comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, good lighting - especially in the bathroom, fridge in the room, small room safe. Though quite a distance from the tourist areas of Paris, the metro is a short walk away.

I use to stay at the Novotel 13 every time I come to Paris and it was many times. I was always satisfied but not this time. The reception at arrival was not really nice because I arrived late at 23:00 and there is no line for Accor member. Actually there is no more desk and no more line! I got a room next to the elevator that went up and down the whole time making difficult to sleep. I asked for late checkout 2 days before I leave I was told to come back the day before because they will know about the availability. I came back the day before but was told to come back the same day I leave. Since there is no point to ask the same to stay 2 more hours later I just checked out as normal. The staff was hostile and not willing to help even though I told them that I am Silver Accor member. It is worth mentioning that I used be gold member until the COVID. Anyway, Accor membership does not seem to help the attitude of the staff.
