I had a good 3 night stay in this hotel but unfortunately the air conditioning was useless. It was so hot at night I didn't sleep. They did try and offer me a fan to cool down a little but this was broken and noisy and also interrupted my sleeping. Such a shame as the hotel is lovely, clean and has a good restaurant/bar on site

Overall good experience during our stay at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and common areas, delicious breakfast buffet. The only big negative was a lack of air conditioning throughout the hotel which made sleep impossible during the heatwave on our visit. Staff said the air conditioning was broken and no estimated fix time.

The hotel was great, the breakfast was great. Unfortunately your night receptionist doesn’t keep an eye on guests drinking, yelling outside at 2 am in the morning. Had to call and he still had difficulties getting them to shut up until i literally had to open the window and yell at them. Made for a really terrible night with not a lot of sleep
