Hotel is in great location staff at reception fine fella behind bar not so Room ok bit noisy people smoking in room next to me clean bathroom bed not too comfortable hotel generally ok for price all about location right next to major transport hub great for getting around the city

Too expensive for what it is!!! The parking entrance is awfully narrow, I barely got in my car, the room had an old carpet burnt in one place and the person who checked me in almost made me pay for 4 nights even though I had only booked one. I never got an invoice either.

The staff Wazhma (if the name is wrong I am sorry. The female staff on 30th Nov morning) is so kind that she kindly printed out my e-ticket. I needed to bring the museum ticket in a paper style. Without her help to have printed it out, I would have missed the opportunity to visit the museums in Vienna. I really appreciate it.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and the price was very reasonable and it was the perfect location for getting into the city centre because of its proximity to the Underground

The only positive thing is when I asked for an upgrade as the single room was awful, the agent at the desk was very quick to help, but of course I had to pay extra.

The low overnight rate is the star attraction of these rooms, which do not include the usual Mercure standard features such as a safe, minibar, kettle, or full air conditioning (only central air conditioning that cannot be regulated).
